As an entrepreneur, Ernest shares an impressive background in public speaking, and in working as an Executive in Corporate America successfully leading a sales team across the West for one of the largest financial institutions in the Country.

He has served as Member of Oakland Housing Task Force for Congresswoman Barbara Lee; Member of the steering committe for Mayor Irma Anderson, City of Richmond on "Richmond Rises Above Violence"; and Member of Housing Committee, City of Oakland.

Currently, Ernest is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of California, while serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing for his multi-service firm, TPC Group, specializing in Real Estate/Mortgage, Credit Counseling, Sales Training and Management, Professional Writing Services, and Design (Graphic & Web).
