As an entrepreneur, Ernest shares an impressive background in public speaking, and in working as an Executive in Corporate America successfully leading a sales team across the West for one of the largest financial institutions in the Country. He has served as Member of Oakland Housing Task Force for Congresswoman Barbara Lee; Member of the steering committe for Mayor Irma Anderson, City of Richmond on "Richmond Rises Above Violence"; and Member of Housing Committee, City of Oakland.

He worked as Alameda Branch Manager, CitiMortgage, and helped to launch CRA University (publication), located in Northern California. The goals were to "provide Lending Consultants with an ongoing basis of product knowledge, information on how to input CRA loans correctly into the system, recognition and rewards for top performance, and lead generation through local market advertising."  He later became Director, Western Region of Community Lending for CitiMortgage, a mortgage division of Citibank.

Currently, Ernest is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of California, while serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing for his multi-service firm, TPC Group, specializing in Real Estate/Mortgage, Credit Counseling, Sales Training and Management, Professional Writing Services, and Design (Graphic & Web).  

Formerly Police Chaplain with Solano County, California, he currently serves as a Police Chaplain and appointed member on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Maricopa, Arizona.  He is also the Director for Care, Inc., a non-profit organization that serves the City.

In addition, Ernest also shares an impressive background in the hospitality industry and hotel management operating in the following positions: auditor, front office management, Director of Sales, Executive Housekeeper, and most recent, Assistant General Manager. He is also a motivational speaker; pastor/teacher; mentor; author/writer; inventor and patent holder; event coordinator; computer lab instructor for K-5; Former Spanish-speaking ministry radio host for KDIA 1640 AM, broadcasts every Saturday (click for audio sample); and Former Sales Director for  "The Light" 1190 AM.

He has interest in speaking to young males, especially the African-American and Spanish-speaking community on the issues facing us in Corporate America while applying biblical principles…doing things God’s way.

His motto includes: "Remember, if you are at the bottom, you are unable to pull anyone to the top, so become a leader and empower others!"
